We enjoyed to be here, its cleanliness and food. Cool cuisine. Moreover, we had no problems with free Wi Fi.

It was truly an EXCELLENT stay.

We originally checked into a designer hotel in the center with a score of 9. 2, after the first night we moved to Marriott. Living in the center is possible only to those who sleep in any position and with any noise, even if you are lucky with the street (quiet) is not the fact that you are lucky with the neighbors and noise isolation in the hotel. Good five-star Madrid is not adequately expensive (compared to other European capitals, if you are used to a certain comfort, Marriott Auditorium is a great solution, price is more than reasonable, way to the city by taxi (20 euros) justifies the cost of living, in the end will still come out cheaper. Rooms are large, soundproofed good, comfortable beds, in the room iron kettle, beds were comfortable! Breakfast is good. Accommodation early and late check out without problems and surcharges, room fund allows (the largest hotel chain in Europe). Taxi to Gran Via 20 euros, Zoo -35 euros, Santiago Barnabeo-30. as an option, free shuttle to the airport from there on the public to the city.
Pillows should be replaced! It is not correspond to the Marriott standart!

I liked the facilities, it has many facilities including a swimming pool and gym. The room was quite spacious and clean. The super big bed and ideal firmness (my personal impression). The reception and buffet staff were very friendly and professional. The driver Ramiro who took me to the hotel in the evening at 01:30 was a charming person. You couldn't hear the noises of the planes at night, although the hotel is close to the airport. The wonderful breakfast. Everything was pretending, everything was looking good. So I had a great time. Thank you very much!
2 things I didn't like. First that the switch that turns on all the light in the room, can't turn off all the light the same way. I arrived at night and had to look for each button or switch one by one in order to turn off all the light and it was quite tedious . And for the second, one of the shuttle drivers who was taking me back to the airport at 11:30 in the morning, was not nice at all. It is a pity because this individual with his attitude spoiled all the previous impression I had about the hotel.

Very friendly staff, quickly settled in. Good breakfast. The shuttle service runs on schedule once every half hour. It's a clean, modern room. There's a bar that works till 2:00 a.m.
Unfortunately, we didn't get any sleep at all. Opposite the hotel there is a restaurant across the street. It works every day! On the day of my arrival there was some entertainment with music and a host. I stopped by the hotel at 10 pm, I could hear all this in my room, hoping the event would be over soon. To my disappointment, it ended at 5:00. Carefully take the rooms in Block 1. Room amenities: no bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine. I often stay at 4sv hotels in Barajas, most hotels provide guests with all this. A scarce set of bath accessories. Hearing between rooms through the bathroom is very strong, and from the hallway too. There's only water in the mini-bar, but it's free

Ideal location for airport access with courtesy bus provided and only a short bus ride away from Avenida de America for shoppig and bars & restaurants.I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found the rooms to be spotless and very comfortable.
No English speaking T.V. channels would be my only criticism of this hotel.

Friendly and helpfull front desk staff. Convenient location.
Food was bordering on horrible and way over priced.

The rooms were well appointed, and despite the location near the airport very quiet. It is a transient hotel, very large and catering to bus loads of tourists. This results often in the mass of humanity in the lobby and in the lounges. But if you are self sufficient, don't count on the hotel shuttle and all you need is proximity to the airport this hotel will serve your purpose.
Because of the large crowds of people being served the reception staff is usually very pushed and as a result not at all helpful with questions or directions. We got some very bad directions on leaving the hotel. Also, if you take the shuttle beware of the very rude bus driver. One of my companions left on the 5 am bus and he drove to the first terminal and then straight back to the hotel with her still on the bus, indifferent to the fact that she needed terminal 4 which he had omitted from that morning's route. No explanation. When we took the bus he slammed the door in a kid's face saying "complete" when there was still room. On arrival he refused to identify which airlines were in which terminals and there were no signs. It was mass confusion especially for foreign tourists. He just sat in his seat waiting for the group to sort it all out. I believe many got off at the wrong terminal. It appeared to be very deliberate on his part. If you use this service be sure to research the location of your airline prior to the shuttle trip. You'll get no help from the driver.

It needs a coffee shop or equivalent so that guests can have for example a light evening meal. The restaurant does not open until 20:00!

Stayed at this hotel twice now with my two young children, they love the hotel, especially the pool and the games room. The buffet is pretty good but can be expensive for a family. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and plenty of buses which will take you to a nearby metro link.
Pool is good but on my last visit was pretty dirty as filter system didn't seem to be switched on. There is a free shuttle service which will take you to the airport however the bus was full when I needed it and I had to use a taxi (which is about 20 euros).
-
Heated pool, large room
extremely overpriced food and drinks (sandwich = 15 euro), nothing located nearby, except commercial center which has supermarket and small restaurants about 30 min walk or with shuttle and still 10 min walk
-
I enjoyed the antique furniture and art displayed throughout the hotel. Very lovely. I enjoyed the piano lounge and ample bar space. Also, I found it very convenient that there was a vending machine with traveler items and toiletries.
The Air Conditioning in my room didn't work. I was visiting during a hot season and funcitoning AC would have been great.
-
Very friendly staff, very clean facilities. huge bed! It's an airport property, so really just makes sense to be there if you are wanting to be near the airport. For us, it was perfect!
-
Comfortable room, convinient shuttle
-
Modern, well maintained, swimming pool, close to airport and free shuttle van, reasonably low price with Booked.net special discount rate.
Used room service tray was in my room's hallway from my 7pm arrival through my 5 am departure-perhaps room service is under staffed? Swimming pool hours are too short. Could smell smoke in my non-smoking room. Over 100 passengers from a delayed flight were heading back to the airport when I needed the shuttle to go there also and the confusion between regular van shuttle and extra full size buses for the 100+ group was confusing and made check out difficult.
